Dear Nerds.
Thank you for all your IRC client suggestions. I've picked LimeChat.

And I just switch to Fantastical! Make sure you get your finder's fee. ;)
In reply to:@epetrie I use it for locking my screen sometimes or to let a guest be a guest.
I tried to get back on Mail.app with Lion, but I'm too into the way Sparrow.app works now.
In reply to:@jlsuttles That sounds like The Future™!
In reply to:@jlsuttles What's a "pocket computer"?
In reply to:@epetrie You're right. I should knock that down to just the icon. Good call!

In reply to:@Emiwenis I used to use Adium too, but in Lion iChat got a serious level up and I switched back to it.
I've settle on LimeChat. It's free, in the app store (for updates) and has nice keyboard support.
In reply to:@johnbender Solidarity, brother.
Ok, nerds. What's your favorite Mac IRC client?
In reply to:@jmazzi Yep! Tabs on the side.
Oh shit yes. iChat.app got a unified buddy list window, support for more chat networks and a plug-in architecture for adding more networks!
In reply to:@tomdale :(
Either it's always been there and I'm just noticing or there's a fucking renaissance of quality sports writing happening lately.
RT @drbrain: You can copy the OS X Lion installer to all your machines, no need to re-download from the App Store
