Just gave a bus crazy what for, b/c he was harassing a couple ladies on the bus. Fucker tried to rest his head on one girl's shoulder.

In reply to:@drbrain i flirted with using neutraface for all the new shirt designs, then my better judgement won out and i used helvetica.

<p><a href="http://inessential.com/">Brent Simmons</a> is a Seattle based Mac software developer. He makes the best feed reader evar, <a href="http://www.newsgator.com/Individuals/NetNewsWire/">NetNewsWire</a>. I've followed both <a href="http://inessential.com/">his personal blog</a> and <a href="http://ranchero.com/">his company/NetNewsWire blog</a> for as long as I've been consuming feeds (using NetNewsWire all along).</p> <p>Today he posted something that made me do a double take. The title of the post was <a href="http://inessential.com/?comments=1&postid=3561">'The revolution’s just a T-shirt away!'</a></p> <p>Wha?!?</p> <p>Unfortunately, he wasn't talking about <a href="http://theresistancearmy.com/shirts/1">the shirt</a>, but rather the song that was its inspiration.</p> <p>MTV recently posted their whole video library collection online. He was pointing at the <a href="http://www.mtvmusic.com/bragg_billy/videos/53839/waiting_for_the_great_leap_forward.jhtml">Billy Bragg video for "Waiting for the Great Leap Foward".</a></p> <p><a href="http://www.flickr.com/photos/veganstraightedge/2805282316/" title="the revolution is a just a t-shirt away by veganstraightedge, on Flickr"><img src="http://farm4.static.flickr.com/3161/2805282316_22f44b8f98.jpg" alt="the revolution is a just a t-shirt away"></a></p> <p>Of course, <a href="http://theresistancearmy.com/shirts/1">this shirt is available for purchase</a> at <a href="http://theresistancearmy.com">The Resistance Army</a> Shirts.</p>

<p>Cleaning out through the archives on my hard drive and figured I'd share these with the world. Rise Over Run was a vegan straightedge anarchist pop punk band that existed from 2000 to 2003. Original members were Ian Phillips, Greg Chadwick and myself. Later Ryan Davis was added. Then after he left Austin Fake Street took his place. We recorded just one record and a couple compilation tracks. We were set to record a couple weeks after we suddenly broke up. I'm still sad that we never recorded that second record, because that material was so different and way more "us" than our first record. Here they are.</p> <p><a href="http://www.flickr.com/photos/veganstraightedge/3010972947/" title="rise over run logo by veganstraightedge, on Flickr"><img src="http://farm4.static.flickr.com/3207/3010972947_84e40e1c6c_m.jpg" alt="rise over run logo"></a></p> <p><a href="http://www.flickr.com/photos/veganstraightedge/3011784834/" title="rise over run - sticker by veganstraightedge, on Flickr"><img src="http://farm4.static.flickr.com/3279/3011784834_bb85f13a02_m.jpg" alt="rise over run - sticker"></a></p>
