What's wrong with:
GH /veganstraightedge/repositories

GH /veganstraightedge/repositories/private

GH /veganstraightedge/repositories/public

And there aren't direct URLs within

GH: veganstraightedge?tab=repositories

to Mirrors/Forks/Sources/Private/Public

To me, those are different pages. Not different views of the same data, or filters.

I don't like @github's profile URLs + query string.
