He gave me the official approved to be the one that tears down the house and reclaim materials to build a Farmhouse Jr tiny house.

Even after the sale of The Farmhouse goes through it'll be for quite a while before they break ground, so my move out is not very pressing.

Today I talked to the guy who's buying The Farmhouse and got confirmation on a couple of important (to me) things.
