Who know about Rails 3 mountable apps stuff that wants to give me a crash course?

I've got an app idea, but I'm not sure if this fits.

Can we start telling everyone that PHP doesn't scale now? And use the Tumblr as proof.

As @elisfanclub just pointed out, over the years I've signed into @flickr using:
Flickr ID, Yahoo ID and now Google ID.

Very silly.
