<p>one morning we woke up and there was a <a href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Dingy">dinghy</a> in our front yard. (<a href="http://www.geocities.com/movie_starzz/BenandMatt/mallrats.txt">a dinghy IS a row boat, stupid-head</a>.) it was tied to the doorknob so it wouldn't float away, i guess, and its still sitting there now.</p>

<p>we already got sailors hats and have big pirate plans for the boat. including, but not limited to, a new paint job.</p>
