I made this sandwich for Heather. It’s one of the best I’ve ever made. Made at The Farmhouse in Hollywood, CA.

The Recipe
Ingredients
- 2 slices of Rudi’s Whole Wheat Bread
- 4 slices of Tofurky Deli Slices
- Daiya Cheddar Cheese
- Daiya Mozzarella Cheese
- Vegenaise
- Wild Wood Aioli
- Avocados
- Nutritional Yeast
The Steps
Step 1
Sprinkle Daiya Cheddar Cheese on one slice, Daiya Mozzarella Cheese on the other.
Step 2.
Toast in toaster oven.
Step 3.
While the bread and cheese is toasting, slice half of an ripe avocado.
Step 4.
Remove bread from the toaster oven when the cheese is melted.
Step 5.
Spread Vegenaise on top of the cheese on one slice of bread, aioli on the other.
Step 6.
Place four rolled up slices of Tofurky deli slices on once slice of bread (on top of the cheese and aioli/Vegenaise).
Step 7.
Place half of an avocado’s slices on top of the Tofurky deli slices.
Step 8.
Spread nutritional yeast liberally on top of the avocado.
Step 9.
Place the other piece of bread on top of the slice that has the Tofurky and avocado on it.
Step 10.
For bonus points, cut the sandwich in half. Diagonally.
